• Intended Use & Proposal Submission:  

All third parties are required to submit a comprehensive proposal outlining their project’s objectives, detailed plans for the intended use of our assets, spaces or resources, and identification of the target audience. The proposal must address all criteria outlined in the Media Policy document linked below. Proposals must be submitted no less than one month prior to the requested-use date. Please allow up to 5 business days for acknowledgment of your request. We will reach out to you for any additional information required. Approvals and timelines will be determined on a case-by-case basis. 

• Approval Rights:  

All materials created must be submitted for review by HealthTech Connex prior to any publication or distribution. Written approval is mandatory before any content may be released externally. 

• Consent & Privacy:  

For projects involving interviews with staff or clients, informed consent must be secured prior to participation. Proposals must include a robust plan for the secure storage, sharing, and eventual archiving or destruction of all collected content in strict adherence to privacy and security standards.
